Shedkai (Name Meaning: He who Begins) was a little known Endless advent what awoke with the body of a Vicer during the events of Rurouni Taikai Legacy: The Second Beta. The true nature of Shedkai is unknown, save that he awoke within the Artificial body of a Vicer. During this time, Shedkai awoke the powers of other Advents from other Vicers that possessed the spirits of mortals-come-eternal that were potential Advents. Six in total. With this knowledge, it can be presumed that Shedkai had a modicum of psychic power to be able to awaken the memories of an advent. Shedkai attempted to access the world of Thallien via the Memory Pools but found that no such planet existed on that dimensional address. Further utilizing the memory pools he discovered fragments of Thallien spread out across five worlds, and the largest mass remaining within a sealed off portion of Creation beyond the Continuous known as the Plane of Torment. Unable to access this plane, it is believed that Shedkai's attempt stirred the Shards of the Sword of the Betrayed into action, resulting in the "Wave Existence" discussed in the trailers for Rurouni Taikai: Legacy. Shedkai was defeated by the Eternal Adrien Dalen and it is unknown, now that the Endless have been revealed to the stage of history, whether he has continued on to another Advent. Information about Shedkai's access of the memory pools has been thus-far kept from the Eternals. The Beta Fabian, having recognized the spirit bound to the Vicer's armor as the Beta that precluded and trained him known as Ardhamal. Ever since this incident, and Fabian having heard the strange last words of this Vicer from the security systems of the Memory Pool's chamber being, "Tell your B.. Beta.. that he.. that the white bishop... will... I..." Fabian has been devoting himself to researching the Endless and what they are, paying close attention to the reports delivered by the surviving members of AEGIS.
